This year, all universities in Turkiye will be using only one application platform; https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr/, prepared by both Turkish National Agency and Turkish Presidency’s Human Resources Office-Kariyer Kapısı. This online platform also works under the E-Devlet structure so that all applicants will be using their E-Devlet passwords to login and apply.
Student applications can be made online from 17 November to 01 December 2025 at 17.00. The results will be announced to the students through both of these portals on 22 December 2025.

Terms and Qualification: The rankings will be based on %50 CGPA and %50 language proficiency. Language proficiency level of each applicant will be calculated based on his/her score received in ENG 101 (%25) and ENG 102 (%25) courses. For students who choose Pass/Fail grades in their courses, the letter grades behind SE and UE will be used to calculate their CGPA points. Same method will be used for English proficiency points if ENG 101/102 courses were graded with SE/UE.
Children of veterans and martyrs will be given “+15” points. Students with disabilities who upload a medical report into their online applications and those under protective care, as per Law No. 2828 will be given “+10” points. Those students who are applying for mobility to the country they hold the nationality of will be given “-10” points.
Students who are interested in going to a university that the language of instruction is different than English will be expected to submit an official certificate proving their proficiency level in that language. The minimum level should be B2.
Those, who do not have a certificate, will be allowed to take the online proficiency exams on Italian, Spanish, German and French that will be organized by Foreign Languages Unit. Written and oral exams will be held on between 24-28 November 2025, Friday. Students, who would like to take these exams, have to inform Office of International Students and Exchange Programs (OISEP) until 19 November 2025, Wednesday by sending an e-mail to exchange@bilkent.edu.tr Results will be announced between 15-19 December 2025.
Please be informed that students cannot choose Germany for Fall semesters due to the incompatible Fall academic calendars with Bilkent so these applications will be placed to Spring semester. Some partner universities may prefer to defer the Fall semester nominations into Spring semester. Students choose Fall semester but would like to change it, can do that upon their department coordinators’ approval.
