All students who applied for Summer Practice 2026 through STS are permitted to submit the required documents to the department.

The submission date will be announced by the department at the beginning of the Fall semester.

The document submission will be conducted online via STS. All documents must be combined into a single PDF file and uploaded to the STS system.

The Department shall base the evaluation upon:

• Summer Internship Report
• Internship Diary: Each page must be signed and stamped by an authorized person from the company.
• B3 Form – Performance Evaluation: This form must be completed by the responsible person at your company. Please keep the completed form for submission.
