Bilkent Exchange office announces the application calendar for the 2027-2028 Student Exchange Program under “non-Erasmus bilateral agreements” with partner universities worldwide. This program offers students the opportunity to study abroad for one semester.
Eligibility
Students who have completed minimum 2nd or maximum 3rd semester at their departments with a minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00 are eligible to apply. Due to limited quotas, students who will apply to both Bilateral Exchange and Erasmus+ Programs must choose one program only and cannot participate to both. Additionally, applications are not accepted for students in their graduation semester.
Qualified students must maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00 until their departure.
Application Process
Applications can be submitted online via the application portal at https://app.erasmus.bilkent.edu.tr/ from 12 October 2026 to 26 October 2026 (17:00) under the “BEA-Bilateral Exchange Applications” menu. Applicants are required to upload the below mentioned documents during the online application process:
- CV
- Statement of purpose
- Signed application form (to be uploaded upon completion of the application)
- ,TOEFL/IELTS score (mandatory for applications to partner universities in the U.S. and Canada)
The university-wide results will be announced to students by the office on 11 November 2026 at 17:00.
