Application for Exchange via Bilateral Agreements with Universities Around the World

Applications are closed for 2026-2027 Academic Year.

Requirements:

• 3.00 CGPA (minimum)
• Currently being registered in the 2nd semester (minimum) or the 3rd semester (maximum) of education.
• Graduate students need to submit an approval letter jointly signed by their thesis advisors and Graduate School Director for their participation to the program.

Forms:

• Signed Application Form (to be uploaded upon completion of the application)
• CV 
• Statement of Purpose
• TOEFL/IELTS Score (mandatory for applications to partner universities in US or Canada)

Submission: Submit all forms online to Bilkent University Erasmus+ Online Application Management System. Hard copy submissions are not required.
